Juicy Herb-Crusted Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the pork chops are golden brown.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
