Juicy Herb-Crusted Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the pork chops are golden brown.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
