Tropical Pistachio Pineapple Delight
Ingredients:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 package (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and crushed pineapple (with juice).
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top of the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
